Pinot Grigio delle Venezie IGT

Although Trentino regional white wines are sometimes considered light by international standards, the best of them have an unexpected propensity to age. But the emphasis remains on the popular Pinot Grigio. Despite the traditional  ow north to German-speaking countries, the white wines of Trentino have been making steady progress in Italy and, recently, in foreign markets, such as the United States and United Kingdom.

On its lees for 4-5 months plus 1 month in the bottle before the release

Color: Straw yellow with green highlights
Bouquet: The nose is delicate with aromas of pear and floral hints, on a zesty citrus background.
Flavor: Dry and full-bodied, discrete aromatic persistence, and a pleasant aftertaste
Pairings: Perfect as an aperitif or accompanied by clams, mussels, squid, octopus and grilled
