This modern blend was the first wine produced by the Ceuso estate. This wine was originally inspired by Giacomo Tachis during his time as a consultant for the regional wine board in the early 1990s.

Vinification
Manual harvest in September followed by maceration for 14-16 days in stainless steel using natural yeasts at a controlled temperature of 79°F, malolactic fermentation in glass-lined cement tanks

Aging Process
12 months in French oak barriques, four months in cement tanks and 12 months of bottle refinement

Color: Deep ruby red
Bouquet: Rich and concentrated with notes of ripe fruit, currants and hints of leather and chocolate
Flavor: Well-integrated tannins with a pleasant freshness and good structure
Pairings: Ideal with game, braised beef, stews and aged cheeses

Serving Temperature: 62°F
Production: 22,000 bottles
