Sicily is renowned not only for red but also for white wines; Chardonnay is perhaps the best adapted grape to the Sicilian terroir. The winemaking of this balanced wine is entrusted to Alessandro Cellai, who is also the winemaker and managing director of the Tuscan estates, Castellare and Rocca di Frassinello.

Bouquet: Nose of yellow peach and pineapple
Flavor: Fresh and energetic with notes of mature tropical fruit, bread crust and a soft, fresh, mineral finish
Pairings: Pairs well with fish, seafood and medium aged cheeses
