Custodians of the classic style of making Chianti Colli Senesi, only native varietals are used to make this drinkable wine. In accordance with tradition, all three varietals are vini ed together instead of being blended after vinication.

Vinification
Hand-harvested grapes undergo extensive selection. Cold maceration on the skins for 14 days. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26 °C for 14 days.

Aging Process
14 months in stainless steel vats of 40 Hl and French oak barriques (2nd passage). 2 months in the bottle before the release.

Color: Deep ruby red color
Bouquet: Nose with medium complexity, hints of red fruits, flowers, spices and minerals
Flavor: Good structure; balanced, fresh and persistent sip
Pairings: Ideal with pasta dishes, red meats, cold cuts and medium-aged cheeses
