Mantonico Calabria IGT

The Statti family has always played a leading role in the economy of Calabria and has a place in the top brands from the region. Their 1,235-acre property is one of the largest in the region, and the Stattis are giving prominence to indigenous varieties, such as Gaglioppo and Mantonico, which shows a long term vision. Mantonico is an ancient light-berried vine, probably of Greek origin, grown on just over 2,700 acres in Calabria.
