Cerasuolo, while sharing the name of the discipline in Sicilia, refers to a tradition of rose wine in the region. The concentrated color of the Montepulciano variety gives a rich, vibrant rose color to the final wine.

Vinification
Cryo-maceration followed by fermentation using selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 59-64°F in stainless steel for one month with contact on fine lees
