Color: Brilliant greenish yellow
Bouquet: Intense, pleasing, clean and elegant aromas of passion fruit and grapefruit
Flavor: Agreeable crisp attack, however, well-balanced with fresh, intense flavors with a clean, full body
Pairings: Ideal on its own, pairs well with fish crudo, seafood and crustaceans
