Bodega Noemia J. Alberto completes a deep terroir exploration of this four hectare vineyard. Malbec and Merlot vines are interplanted and all the vines are original rootstock which predates phylloxera. The estate does its own Massale selection to propogate the best vines. The vineyard is divided into eight zones that are picked at different maturities to capture different characterstics in the Malbec. This single vineyard wine honors Countessa Cinzano’s cousin with the J., and her father with Alberto.
