Vinification
Grapes are hand harvested before being cold macerated and softly pressed; fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 55°F for 20 days

Aging Process
Aged on lees in stainless steel tanks for eight months, bottle refined for three months

Color: Straw yellow
Bouquet: Fresh nose of rose, spices and exotic fruits with a strong note of lychee
Flavor: The palate confirms the aromas perceived on the nose, with exotic fruit layered with mixed spices. Dry, elegant and delicate sip with a rich body and a pleasant aftertaste of bitter almond.
Pairings: Enjoyable on its own, pairs well with pates, mousses, shrimp, shellfish, white meats and ham
