Suhru Wines
Suhru Sauvignon Blanc
The first vintage of Sauvignon Blanc was made entirely in stainless steel. Hearn chose to accentuate the vibrant varietal fruit aromas and flavor, and to retain substantial crisp acidity by using no malo-lactic secondary fermentation and no barrel aging. These wines are harvested in late September and hand-picked.
