This wine is made with 100% Turbiana grape, previously known as Trebbiano di Lugana. This grape variety produces wines with a high level of minerality, a good acidity, and an intense and complex bouquet. Turbiana is a native grape variety that has found its perfect habitat in Montonale area since the Roman period.

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The maceration is cold on the lees, "sur bourbes" for 10 days.
The wine ages for six months sur lie in stainless steel tanks of 150 Hl, and after bottling, for additional 2 months.
Color: Straw- yellow with greenish shimmer
Bouquet: The nose is elegant. It first shows its fruity character with tropical and peach notes, and then hints of white flowers and spices to complete the intense bouquet.
Flavor: The sip is fresh, mellow and velvet, with a perfect balance and a pleasant minerality.
Pairings: Best served with seafood starters, shellfish, white meats and pasta dishes with olive oil or light cream sauces. It is perfect as an aperitif, alone or accompanied by raw oysters.
