This wine is certified organic by Demeter International Biodynamic Certification Association. It is made with no sulfites and comes from grapes biodynamically cultivated. The name means “magic soul” because it is able to connect the souls thanks to its exciting sip.

Vinification
After destemming, the must and the pulp undergo a maceration on the skins for about 18-22 days with frequent battonage. Fermentation takes place in stainless - steel tanks at the controlled temperature of 13 °C, with selected yeasts. No sulfites added

Aging Process
The wine ages in stainless - steel tanks for 4 months, and, after bottling, for further six months in the cellar. No sulfites added

Tasting Notes
Color: The color is red with purple reflections
Bouquet: The nose is intense and fruity, with notes of sour cherry and cherry under alcohol, together with talcum and grounded coffee sensations
Flavor: On the palate the sip is smooth, vlvety, with a delicate tannin and an elegant and clean aftertaste full of the aromas perceived on the nose
Pairings: Ideal with rosted and grilled meat, and legume soups
