Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless - steel tanks at the controlled temperature of 20 °C

Aging Process
The wine ages in french oak barriques for 6 months, and, after bottling, for further 3 months in the cellar

Tasting Notes
Color: Gold yellow color
Bouquet: The nose gives off all the typical aromas of the Moscato grape, with delicious notes of honey, vanilla, dry apricot and toasted almond
Flavor: The sip is a velvety caress, with a perfect balance between freshness and sweetness
Pairings: Ideal with patisserie, especially with the traditional almond cookies from Puglia, and blue cheeses
