Traditional vinification of red wines with destemming and maceration on the skin for 20 days. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 10 days at the controlled temperature of 27 °C.
The wine ages in stainless steel tanks for 7 months and for additional 2 months in the bottle, before the release.

Bouquet: Vinous aromas on the nose, with scents of cherry, violet and black-current
Flavor: The taste is round, warm, refined
