The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks for 20 days at 27 °C, and udergoes a second fermentation with the Amarone marc for 10 days.
It is aged in new French barriques for 1 year and for additional 4 months in the bottle, before the release.
Color: Deep ruby red in colour
Bouquet: On the nose it displays aromas of almond and cinnamon.
Flavor: Dry on the palate with a very pleasant velvety taste. Very rich in flavors of cherry, musk, spices and wood.
Pairings: Excellent with red meat dishes, poultry, boiled beef and aged cheeses.
