The Friulano I Ferretti aims to be representative of the excellent quality of Friuli wines. The name I Ferretti refers to the phonomenon of the “ ferretizzazione” typical of the DOC Isonzo territory, that is the precence of iron in the predominantly calcareous subsoil.

Almost 50% of the grape is naturally dried on the plants for 10-12 days. Cold maceration on the skins for 24 hours. Fermentation 30% in tonneaux and 70% in stainless steel tanks, for 12 days at 18°C.

Aging Process
It aged 30% in tonneaux and 70% in stainless steel vats for 7/8 months. 4 months of bottle refinement.

Color: Straw yellow color
Bouquet: It conquers you with its silky, rich and harmonious sip, confirming the yellow fruity and flowery notes perceived on the nose
Flavor: In the mouth it is warm, well-structured and well-balanced between freshness and fullness. It has a remarkably long finish, dry and mineral, with the typical bitter almond aftertaste. A real Friulano gentleman showing character, honesty and style
Pairings: Ideal with white meat, mature cheeses, ham, seafood with spicy sauces
