Vinification
Cold maceration for 20 hours at 46°F followed by cold settling; fermentation ­in stainless steel tanks for 16 days using select yeasts with no malolactic fermentation

Aging Process
Matured on lees for 8 months in French barriques and bottle refined for 9 months

Tasting Notes
Color: Straw yellow color with golden hues
Bouquet: The bouquet on the nose is delicate and intense with notes of white flowers and pineapple on a background of vanilla
Flavor: On the palate it is fruity, rich, and well balanced between freshness and fullness
Pairings: Ideal with raw fish and seafood in general, antipasti and poultry. Also with raw ham, like the traditional Prosciutto di San Daniele from Friuli, and mild cheeses
