This “Metodo Classico” sparkling wine is made from100% Chardonnay, which is cultivated in the hills of Lavis and Cembra valley, located on the left bank of Adige river, in province of Trento. Here the weather conditions, characterized by important changes of temperature between night and day, contribute to the perfect ripening of Chardonnay grapes, developing a perfect balance between acidity, aromas and structure.

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 10 days at 16 C with selected yeasts. On the lees for 6 months. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle (classic Champenois method)
After the second fermentation, the wine rests 36 months on fine lees and 3 more years in the bottle.
Color: Bright yellow color with greenish hues. The perlage is extremely fine and persistent
Bouquet: On the nose it is fresh and intense, with notes of Golden apple, wild flowers, and elegant background notes of bread crust and dried fruits
Flavor: The sip is fresh, dry, armonic, with a pleasant and persistent finish
