Sugar is dissolved in osmotic water. To create this camomilla liqueur, grappa at 40% alcohol is added to a Chamomile flower infusion with a small quantity of caramel (burnt sugar).
Varietals: Chammomile flower infusion
The liqueur is filtered and then refrigerated at a temperature of 0°F for three days. There is a second filtration and control on alcohol volume to maintain the stability of the product. Then, the liqueur is aged for 60 days in steel vats and tasted for quality control prior to bottling.
