This wine is available only in Magnum, 1,5 L size.

This unique native grape is cultivated in the Tritana Valley in the heart of the Abruzzo region. Here, a special microclimate with warm days and cool nights, contributes to develop the elegant aromatic profile of this wine with perfumes of white flowers and stone fruits on the nose. Capostrano line is named after the small village of Capestrano located in the heart of the Abruzzo region, at the foot of the Gran Sasso Mountains, where the winery is located.

Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 15 days 12°C. Maceration on the skins for 6 days

Aging Process
3 months in stainless steel tanks plus 1 month in the bottle before the release

Color: Bright straw yellow color
Bouquet: The bouquet on the nose is intense with notes of fresh fruit, like apple and banana together with elegant scents of white flowers
Flavor: In the mouth it is creamy and fresh, with a citrusy minerality, ideal to be paired with fish or any light
Pairings: Ideal with starters, first dishes, fish and white meat recipes
