The Montecarlo Bianco DOC appellation, established in 1969, takes its name from the village of Montecarlo in the Province of Lucca. According to the DOC regulation the blend of the Montecarlo Bianco must be composed of 40-60% Trebbiano Toscano and the remaining 40-60% of other white varietals, such as Semillon, Pinot Gris and Blanc, Vermentino, Sauvignon and Roussanne.

Vinification
Fermentation in concrete vats for 20 days (17°C).

Aging Process
6 months in concrete vats. 3 months in the bottle before the release.

Tasting Notes
Color: Light straw yellow color.
Bouquet: The bouquet on the nose is intense, fresh and floral with hints of spring flowers and tropical fruits.
Flavor: The sip is crispy, fruity, well balanced, with a persistent mineral finish.
Pairings: Ideal with appetizers, vegetable starters, white meat and fish dishes
