Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG

Composed of 100% glera grapes grown exclusively on the hills of Valdobbiadene, Altaneve is the Blanc de Blancs of Proseccos. Due to the steep vineyards, the grape clusters are handpicked and hand-selected one-by-one and harvested at their perfect ripeness. This harvesting method results in the freshest grapes that require the least amount of preservatives (sulfites) during the winemaking process. The extended secondary fermentation results in a clean, silky finesse and an elegant perlage typified by only the best sparkling wines.
