This rich Fiano di Avellino comes from a single estate-owned vineyard called Campore belongs to the winery’s Grand Reserve Collection. The 80 acre vineyard sits on a hillside about 1,600 - 1,800 feet above sea level with a perfect exposure to the sun, thus ensuring excellent ripeness and refreshing acidity.  Fiano is a native varietal of Campania. It  flourishes in both volcanic and clay soils.

Vinification
Grapes are harvested at the end of October; the must is fermented in French oak barrels and then rests on its lees for 5-6 months

Aging Process
Half of the wine is aged in French oak barrels for six months and blended prior to bottling; re ned in the bottle for six months

Color: Straw yellow with golden reflections
Bouquet: Complex and elegant with notes of mature fruit such as pears and citrus, with hints of honey, acacia
Flavor: Rich and ripe in the mouth with good length
Pairings: Ideal with risotto, seafood and elaborate fish dishes
