  • Score: 90 Vintage 2017 Wine Enthusiast The nose is both saline and comforting, with notes of lemon, pineapple, white flowers and warm sandstone above a slight rubberiness. The palate is loaded with tropical fruits, but the lemon persists, particularly on the finish, which also pops with salted peanuts. Shelf Talker Full Page Review
  • Score: 89 Vintage 2017 Vinous Media The 2017 Malvasia Puntinata Roma is spicy with a burst of sour citrus, ginger and Indian curry. It’s pleasantly sweet upon entry, with tart orchard fruits and a lemony concentration to balance. The 2017 finishes tart and long, with residual acids that maintain a lovely freshness. While unique, the Malvasia Puntinata makes for a highly pleasurable sip. Shelf Talker Full Page Review
  • Score: 88 Vintage 2016 Vinous Media The 2016 Malvasia Puntinata Passito Stillato is delicate and understated with a bouquet of ripe peaches and hints of mango and kiwi. It’s soft-textured and noticeably sweet, with an almost nectar-like viscosity and ripe tropical fruits offset by a twang of sour lime. There’s admirable length here as this cleans up nicely under an air of honeyed florals. Shelf Talker Full Page Review
