- Score: 91 Vintage NV Vinous Media The non-vintage Davolarosa Brut Rosé is intensely perfumed with exotic spices, medicinal cherry, pungent florals and just a hint of sour citrus. It envelops the palate in silken bubbles and ripe tropical fruits, all lifted by juicy acidity and a hint of spiced orange toward the close. This decadent expression continues through the long finale, yet the end note here is one of remarkable freshness and verve. The Davolarosa, a sparkling Nero d’Avola Rosé, is hard to resist.
