  • Score: 87 Vintage 2021 Wine Spectator Dried cherry and berry fruit is layered with fresh earth, herb and smoke notes in this light-bodied red. Offers a chewy finish, with a hint of citrus peel. Drink now. 5,000 cases made, 1,200 cases imported. Shelf Talker Full Page Review
  • Score: 89 Vintage 2020 Wine Enthusiast Grown in the mountains of Trentino, this Pinot Noir is light and refreshing. The nose is balanced between tart red cherries, fresh green herbs and earthy notes. The wine is light in body with refreshing acidity and flavors of tart raspberries, clove and fresh mushrooms. Very easy drinking and lively wine. Shelf Talker Full Page Review
  • Score: 89 Vintage 2018 Vinous Media The 2018 Pinot Nero is a fresh, floral and spicy entry-level effort from Gaierhof. It shows a beautiful display of ripe strawberry, savory herbs and hints of moist earth. Soft textures give way to ripe red fruits, contrasted by saline-minerality and juicy acids, creating a push and pull of sweet and sour that I find quite pleasing. There’s a hint of citrus at the close which frames the experience nicely with a bit of perceivable heat, but this is by no means out of balance. Shelf Talker Full Page Review
