  • Score: 90 Vintage 2018 Vinous Media The 2018 Cannonau di Sardegna Crabioni lifts up with a captivating display, mixing savory herbs, air-dried meats and an animalistic edge with crushed blackberries and a hint of citrus. It’s soft and fleshy in feel, displaying a pretty inner sweetness, as ripe wild berry fruits coast along a core of juicy acidity. Inner violet and lavender notes linger long over a coating of round tannins. A bit more depth would take this to the next level; that said, this is still fully satisfying and wonderfully fresh.
