The I Stefanini best wines, Monte de Toni and Monte di Fice, are crus which come from the vineyards rising on a volcanic hill directly behind Tessari’s house and cantina. The appellation “Soave Classico Superiore” is reserved for the best wines produced in the historical sites of the Soave area, which have gained the DOCG appellation. The name “Monte Di Fice” is an homage to the cropper who took care of this land before the Tessari family.
