Vinification
Maceration on the skins with frequent delestage and pumping over for 15-20 days. Fermentation in concrete vats for 18 days at 28 °C

Aging Process
In new French barrique and tonneaux of 500 l for 14 months. 24 months in the bottle before the release

Tasting Notes
Color: Deep ruby red color
Bouquet: Complex and intense bouquet on the nose with scents of berries, cherry jam, sweet spices and balsamic undertones
Flavor: Elegant, harmonious palate, with a full body, very fine tannins, and a long pleasant finish of chocolate and ripe fruit
Pairings: Ideal with red meat and elaborate dishes, or to be enjoyed alone without food, as a “meditation” wine
