It is silken and pliant, with bright red and blue fruits elevated by tantalizing acidity as nuances of cola emerge toward the close. This is almost too easy to like, yet it remains expertly balanced, with a sour citrus tinge as round tannins linger. The Eola-Amity Hills fermented with 40% whole-cluster fruit.
