Shiraz is fermented in 100% Stainless Steel. Maceration technique is punch down in open top fermenters. The length of maceration is a 5 day cold soak pre-fermentation, no extended maceration post-fermentation.
Wine is aged in American oak barriques; aging pre bottle is 6 months, and the length of bottle aging is 12 months.
Color: A deep vibrant hue
Bouquet: Aroma is bursting with red fruit and cranberry, along with hints of spice box
Flavor: Its silky smooth tannins were enhanced from the oak aging and define this wine, with hints of vanilla. A very elegant finish makes this a very enjoyable wine.
Pairings: Ideal with lamb, swordfish, darker seafood, turkey, duck and game meats
