Senza Rete was born in 2019 from an idea shared between Maurizio Castelli and Gabriele Gorelli-
MW and their desire to get involved together in a project different from the usual alternative, in
which both had not already ventured into their intense professional career in the world of wine.
So here is the concept of “contadino,” the idea of starting from scratch, returning to the origins
using ancestral practices, such as the co-fermentation of white and red grapes, such as the absence
of added sulfur or the lack of filtration; however, applying technical experience and awareness,
to create a genuine but also technically well-made wine, which makes the pleasure of drinking its
strong point.
