Climate
Mediterranean climate with warm, dry summers, mild winters, consistent ventilation, and significant day-night temperature variation. The vineyards benefit from the nearby sea's influence.
Soil
Predominantly red, sandy soils ('Terra Rossa') rich in limestone and minerals, offering excellent drainage and contributing finesse and freshness to the wines.
Vineyards
Organic vineyards are situated at around 787 feet above sea level. Main varieties include Nero d’Avola, Frappato, Grillo, and other indigenous Sicilian grapes.
Cultivation
Certified organic viticulture with a strong focus on biodiversity, sustainability, cover crops, natural balance, and minimal environmental impact.
